Q: How does it work for on-line lessons?

A: Once you pick your package, it will generate a email to me and I will call you to set up the lessons.

I will set up the lesson through www.zoom.com and you will call in on your smart phone, computer or iPad?

Q: When is the best time to schedule an appointment?

A: As long as Melissa is not traveling, she is very flexible with her time. Day or night is good.

 

Q: Can I bring a guest?

A: Yes, it’s your time with Melissa and if you want to share your time with a friend that is okay.

 

Q: How long do I have to fulfill my packages?

A: From 6-months of purchase, unless you purchased the “Buy 6, Get 2 Free” or a "Buy 12, Get 5 Free" then you have 1-year from purchase date.

 

Q: Why does it say Studio 54 Denver on the PayPal link when I go to pay?

A: We use our store account to pay for lessons.
